FunPart contains zero in-app purchases, hidden fees, or virtual currencies. You pay once for the full educational product.
We provide no multiplayer, voice communication, or text chat features. Children explore peaceful 3D worlds entirely offline.
ALFAROX does not ask parents or children to register accounts, passwords, email credentials, or profile information.
The game carries no third-party banners, pop-ups, targeted ads, tracking cookies, or commercial interruptions.

Third-Party Platform Terms
ALFAROX strictly complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any personal identifying information.
While ALFAROX operates no proprietary servers or accounts, FunPart utilizes standard operating system services, such as Google Play Services, to facilitate basic application installation, cloud save sync, and system achievements.
Interaction with store services is governed independently by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Parents can manage platform permissions directly in system settings.
Gameplay progress remains localized to your family mobile device, ensuring total privacy and data isolation for your child at all times.

All code, 3D character models, visual art, musical scores, letter puzzles, and trademarks in FunPart are the exclusive intellectual property of ALFAROX.
FunPart is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. ALFAROX does not guarantee uninterrupted operation across all legacy device configurations.
Parents and users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to play the game. Reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized distribution, extraction of game assets, or software piracy is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service, along with any legal claims or disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
